I bought a dome gold ring expecting it to be shaped in a dome. What arrived is a HOLLOW dome ring and the inevitable happened it developed a dent after wearing it twice. Not happy at all

This has to be the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. My wife picked out something she wanted for Christmas. She found it on the Internet and sent me the link. I wanted to be sure that I got her exactly what she wanted so I ordered from the link (Ross Simons). I ordered on Dec 5th. They assured me I'd have it by Christmas even if they had to overnight it. Well Christmas came and went. They kept promising delivery dates 5 weeks out. Now it's up to first week of May. These are the most inept people in the world.

I have shopped at Ross-Simons for about 45 years. I feel confident each time I order I'll get good value for my money. If you can't afford 14K gold, then they have gold vermeil for sale which looks beautiful. I still have my old jewelry from decades ago and it still sparkles. I still wear it all

Cheap, rusty jewelry that tarnishes and breaks easily, plus horrible Customer Service dept tries every trick possible to not refund or replace their low quality jewelry

The photo online of the blue and gold earrings is SO misleading. The earrings are smaller, seem flimsy and possibly even fake. At least the gold appears fake. What a scam! Never again.

My wife ordered a ring that was listed at 14k white gold and the tag says STERLING SILVER!!! THEY WILL REFUND 100% OR WE WILL FILE A LAWSUIT FOR FRAUD. ANYONE ELSE WANT IN ON THIS LETS SUE ROSS SIMONS! Companies need to learn a bait and switch will not be tolerated. There are plenty of other jewelers that don't practice this way. With other customers on here that have been defrauded I am making a list of you to add to a lawsuit. Trust pilot wont allow me to leave an email address. I will work as hard as I can to start a class action law suit against Ross Simon.

U CAN FIND GOLD PLATED JEWELRY OF WAY BETTER QUALITY THAN THE GARBAGE THESE PEOPLE SELL! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! AND IF THEY KEEP SELLING THIS GARBAGE THEY PORTRAY AS GOLD THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS BEFORE YOU KNOW IT! I AM MAD AT MYSELF FOR CHECKING THE REVIEWS AFTER PURCHASE! I made an order since the 29 of January and today is the 12th of FEBRUARY and have yet to receive my merchandise!
I’ve spoken to customer service e everyday this week and still getting the run around .
No updates have been giving since the 5th of February from the local post office . Customer service is horrible ! I hate that I spent my hard earned money with this company! 375 down the drain

Received wrong jewelry, I thought it was different no problem, had to exchange no refund.
This jewelry from ross simons is is like foil wrap on Wrigley's spearmint gum. I hate to put Wrigley's in the same category as ross simons. Worst pieces of jewelry ever and in 57yrs I've bought quite a bit. This is not worthy of being called jewelry.

Ross-simon took my money and waited 4 weeks before they email me asking for a second payment before they would send the chrismas gift for the love of my life. Ross-simon is the worst company I ever felt with they will steal your money and say they didnt. My bank say they did take the money so y'all have be careful. $56.17

Excellent customer service! And the ring was pretty & came so fast. I needed help with an order, so I called and spoke with a lady who got it to me next day. Very happy!

I purchased a 1.25 ct blue and white diamond ring set in sterling, for my 40th anniversary. Looked a long time for the right ring, loved it until I wore it. The first time I had it on stones fell out. Really disappointing. I have rings I've worn for years and years and never had that happen!
